Jorgy is the founder of JoinHomes, but more importantly, the Chief Servant Officer. He was raised in a real estate family. As a youth, he worked in the family business. As a teenager, co-owned a property maintenance company. In his early 20’s, started Minnesota’s first home staging company.  Late 20’s, finally got his real estate license and joined the family team as a 3rd generation Realtor. Early 30’s, started a real estate radio show, two real estate companies, and a real estate marketing agency. He was on the radio for over ten years, sold homes for over 15 years, and has owned a marketing agency for almost 25 years. He has invested a lifetime in service to homeowners. It was during this tenure that he saw the affordability issue become bigger and bigger…to the point where most homeowners feel the pain of high prices and potential homeowners can’t even afford to get the process started.
